Well known hotel with lovely and approaching staff and good views of the lake and mountains. Location - marvellous adjacent to the Mandarin Chinese restaurant, and the center of the old town. A great selection of food options relatively near the venue.

Location in the centre of town was excellent,room was large and the bed very comfortable.Free cable internet was great as we were there on a Sunday and Monday of a holiday weekend and everything was closed.Breakfast was good.

cleanliness, comfortable, quiet

staff too abrupt when responding to request for information or service.... could be much friendlier. Whirlpool not available for all as info brochure seemed to imply. Swimming/sauna not available except on 30-minute wait basis. Restaurant (Chinese) service/food not very good. Maybe we'd recommend it to others with some reservations.

Veeeery spacious room, large bathroom, balcony and view on lake/mountains. Very nice pool and spa area, excellent breakfast!

Bed matresses are low and soooo soft! No free wi-fi in room. No practical electric plugs to use!
